Elite Scientists Using Nootropics

Elite scientists are now using nootropics (the usual suspect, adderol, is one of them). I'm curious about wealth-building elites. And of course, if I should dive in or risk ending up at an even greater permament disadvantage to those smarter than me than I currently am.
